PAYMENT
MAIONELife.com accepts Apple Pay, Paypal, Paypal Credit and most major credit cards through our processor, Braintree, for payment. You can select your option during checkout: VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
Paypal Credit provides extended payments terms over a longer period without interest. Their website will have their most up-to-date terms.
Please note that we offer payment in foreign currencies through Paypal. For credit card payments, the foreign currency will be settled in USD based your bank's exchange rates.
SHIPPING
MAIONELife.com provides free shipping in the continental US and Hong Kong. We provide discounted shipping to Canada. We ship majority of orders Monday-Friday within 48 hours and sometimes, even the same day.
All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or 1st Class Mail+Insurance or by courier/pick up, and usually delivered within 2-8 days depending on your location.
International orders are also shipped by USPS and depending on your country and the service you choose, allow 4-12 days for arrival. Note that you MIGHT have to pay duties/taxes for your country for skin care and nutrition products, and you are responsible for them. Please check with your post office beforehand if you have any concerns.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
MAIONE products are NON-refundable and NON-exchangeable due to hygiene and quality reasons.
